We will order the searches on your behalf. Total cost of these searches depend on location of the property and type of searches required.

PEXA is a world-first property settlement platform, backed by a government initiative aimed at creating less paperwork, process times and margin for error.
With PEXA, settlement and lodgement are completed electronically. This will save you up to $200 settlement agent fees and $10 fee per bank cheque.
